He did a chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. Not only was the food good, but he loves tinkering with the wood, charcoal, etc. I can&#8217;t wait to see what he cooks up next!<\/p>\n<p>This was a busy week at work. Instead of riding together with John, I drove myself most days so I could stay late. We&#8217;re so busy interviewing all day that I don&#8217;t have time to work on complicated visa cases or special projects. While John was setting\u00a0up the new smoker yesterday, I went to the office just to get caught up.<\/p>\n<p>The rest of the week was pretty normal &#8211; to Juarez Sam&#8217;s one night after work and another night watched\u00a0the movie <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.imdb.com\/title\/tt0808417\/\" target=\"_blank\">Persepolis<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>an animated movie about an Iranian girl. Friday night, we<em>\u00a0<\/em>went to our neighbors&#8217; house to talk\u00a0about an upcoming trip to Chiapas, Mexico.\u00a0Yesterday we also watched several episodes of <em><a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/The_Wire_(TV_series)\" target=\"_blank\">The Wire<\/a><\/em> &#8211; love it!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Wow &#8211; John tried out his new meat smoker yesterday and it was incredible!
