COVID cases are on the rise here, so there wasn\u2019t a lot of socializing going on again this year (like last year).  We had a few gifts to open, watched \u201cLove Actually\u201d (a Christmas tradition) and started the new James Bond movie. We also had a nice chat with Pete and Ginger. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The week was busy at work. An emergency case is keeping us quite busy, and we have several staff out on vacation. Last Sunday I had a good call with Jamie and Jackie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John and I have started watching \u201cThe Landscapers\u201d &#8211; it\u2019s so clever and well done. I read \u201cQuiet in her Bones\u201d (a murder mystery) and the second in the Thursday Murder Club series, \u201cThe Man Who Died Twice\u201d &#8211; as fun a read as the first one.
